Today I just sat down and listed everyplace I had lived since I was 18, just in linear time. It was kind of interesting. I have to account for every month, so it is in some ways more detailed than I would have expected; I'll fill in the months, then what I was doing during each time period. That will give me an idea of whom I need to contact for proof of employment/matriculation/graduation:
